Sunday Snippet #56

Where they decide how to spend their day…

If you have not read the previous Sunday a Snippets, I recommend doing do first. You can find them here.
Previously on Sunday Snippets: Delaney awoke to find herself in the arms of her husband.

She opened to him, winding her arms about his neck and sifted his hair through her fingers. She felt Graeme smile as he began trailing kisses along her jaw, her throat, and lower. He stopped and Delaney opened her eyes, to see him staring back at her, his cheek resting against her abdomen.
“I know how I’d like to spend the remainder of this day,” his voice rumbled against her belly. He turned his head and pressed a kiss to her belly, while one hand traced the faded outline of the bruise on her ribs.
“Oh, do tell.” She felt a lazy smile spread across her face, while her body began to hum with arousal.
“I’d rather show you.” He slid up her body until she was caged beneath him and his lips met hers in a fevered rush.
There was a knock on the door.

Ugh, it seems like these two can never get a break! Well, that’s not quite true. They did have the entire night before alone together. I just can’t post it here. Keeping things PG-13, you know. ;)
Things are well underway for entering the Golden  Heart. I’ve been lucky enough to find a weekly critique group and will have my work cut out for me over the next two and a half months. NaNoWriMo may be an option to get the entire thing written once and for all, while still perfecting those first 50 pages.
As always, comments are more than welcome. For more wonderful snippets by wonderful writers, be sure to visit the WeWriWa blog and Snippet Sunday facebook page.
Happy reading and I’ll see you next week!
